Arianna Stassinopoulos Huffington is a Greek American author syndicated columnist and businesswoman. She is a founder of The Huffington Post and the director of Thrive Global. Author of over 15 books. Arianna Huffington is a writer and philanthropist as well as a television host and the owner of the independent open online newsmagazine The Huffington Post. Following her move into England from Greece at the age of 16, she received a MA with Economics from Cambridge University. At 21 she became president of the renowned debating society The Cambridge Union' and was the first foreign born student in the history of Cambridge University to be elected. After her graduation, she was a well-known Conservative syndicated journalist. After a few years after that she launched The Huffington Post which featured criticism of the present politics.
